This tutorial was done with PSP7

All of my tutorials are written following the steps I used to make my graphic.
It is my hope that you will take what I provide

Scalloped Frame
Open a 550X550 image.
Draw a 24X24 circle with preset shape and center in canvas.
Open Mura's Meister Copies and use below settings.
Erase the half circles at the end:
Using the Selection tool set to rectangle, select lower half the the line and hit the Delete key.
Move this line to the top of the screen and duplicate the layer and then Flip new layer.
Once again duplicate the layer and Rotate 90 degrees left and move this line over to the left.  Duplicate layer once more and mirror new layer and mover line over to the right.
Line up all the layers to form your frame:
Merge Layers Visible and save as a tube.  You can also flood fill center and save as a Mask:
And now you have a scalloped frame to use however your imagination leads you.
