My friend Sharon made this lovely bucket and was nice enough
to write a simple tutorial and allow me to place it here.
Thanks Sharon

This tutorial was done with PSP7
but could be done with other versions.

All of my tutorials are written following the steps I used to make my graphic.
It is my hope that you will take what I provide
and do your own thing with it.

Paint Shop Pro -  Download a trial version
 PSP 7 - 3D Shapes.jsl and Objects.jsl.

These are the steps I used.

I started with a 500X500 screen and it can be resized later.  Use the Cylinder preset shape...retain style...draw the shape and then align in center of canvas.

Convert to raster layer and then draw another shape just slightly more narrow and move the layer under the first drawing and convert to raster layer.

Select the top portion as in the example and delete it.

This is now where you go to the layer with the first drawing and add the drop shadow which I had forgotten to do.  Select the rim and add a new layer and do a drop shadow of 69 opacity and 5 blur, color black.  ( I am sure there is a better setting but this is just the one I used)

Then you need to zoom in and erase the shadow part you would not want showing:

Then you can merge the shadow layer back with the top drawing. Still on this layer I put my cursor at 250 and drew an ellipse to select the back portion of the rim:

Click on the inside of the ellipse to select it and Feather size 1 and Promote the Selection to Layer.

Rename that layer to Back and move that layer to the bottom.
You can draw a handle or use the light bulb preset shape...retain style:

Since one side is thicker than the other I erased everything I didn't need and the handle on the right side of the 250 mark.

Then duplicated and mirrored that layer and merged those two layers together.

I selected the handle and flood filled it with #C0C0C0 and used the Texture/Sculpture/Silver on it and then Eye Candy 4 Chrome. If you
don't want the handle up...just flip it. I used the Darken brush on the Front
layer where the handles meet the pail.

You should end up with the layers being Handle, Front, Fill and Back. The back and front layers can be colorized and add 4% Noise if you prefer:
To start filling your bucket just go to your Fill layer and click
your egg tube.  Add each egg on a new layer so your can move them
around easily.

I make Easter grass with the paint brush size 2, green color and then Texture Effects/Texture/Plastic wrinkles. (as you can see I can't draw a straight line...LOL!)

The eggs colorize nicely
