  Drawing With The Brush
While trying to draw with the brush I learned a few tricks
for drawing straight lines, like the ones for the bridge.
Place the cursor at the starting place and click once.
Move the cursor to the end spot, Hold down the Shift Key and click once.
To draw curved lines is much the same just hold down the Shift Key and click along.
Changing The Cursor
I like using the precise cursor for the drawing part
To switch to precise cursors go to:
File/ Preferences/ General Program Preferences
Click on the Display and Caching Preferences Tab
In the Presentation box check Use precise cursors
