This tutorial was done with PSP9  but could be done with other versions.

All of my tutorials are written following the steps I used to make my graphic.   
It is my hope that you will take what I provide 
and do your own thing with it. 

 
YOU WILL NEED
Paint Shop Pro -  Download a trial version 

LF_AutumnSong.jpg or image of your choice 

Basic knowledge layers

 

Remember to SaveOften
STEPS - These are the steps I used.


Drag the arrow to mark your place

  1.  Image One

Open LF_AutumnSong or any image you want to use
[Shift+D] to duplicate. Close the original
File/Save as:To save the new image [give it a name]
Image/Add Borders - 2 symmetrical
Choose a dark color for a lighter image or a light color for a darker one.
I used #202020 for this one

Image/Add Borders - 60 symmetrical
Choose a light color from your image
I chose #af9250

Magic Wand Tool
Tolerance and Feather =0
Click on the light border

Effects/Reflection Effects/ Kaleidoscope
Click the dice until you get something you like

Here are my settings

Adjust/Blur/Radial Blur
Again click the dice until you like the results

Now we will add a drop shadow
Choose if you want it inside the frame or outside the frame

First inside

Repeat the drop Shadow using -numbers [ie -4]

For the Drop Shadow Outside
Selections/Invert
Apply your Drop Shadows as above

Image/Add Borders - symmetrical 4
Use the same color used foe the 2 pixel border above

  2.  Image Two

This one is done using the same steps as above
Until You get to the blur
Instead of the Blur
Effects/ Texture effects/ Mosaic-Antique
Again play with the settings
Here are mine

Now add the drop Shadow of your choice and the 4 pixel border

  3.  Image Three
This one I just combined the above steps on both images.
However I changed the 60 pixels to 40
