Shift+D to make a copy of the image
Close the original
File/Save As: frame.pspimage
Foreground Color: #bdb9b0
Background Color: #f6f4ee

Image/ Add Borders

Size in pixels: 15
Symmetric: Checked
OK

Magic Wand Tool
Mode: Replace
Match mode: RGB Value
Tolerance: 5
Sample merged: NOT Checked
Contiguous: Checked
Feather: 0
Anti-alias: NOT Checked

Click on the pink border

Flood Fill Tool
Match mode: None

Mode: Draw Lines and Polylines

Connect Segments: NOT Checked
Create On Vector: NOT Checked
Show Nodes: NOT Checked

Line Style: +Solid
Width: 1.00

Place the cursor at 34x34
Hold down the Shift Key and move the line to the corner
Note: When you hold down the Shift Key while drawing the line it will only let you draw a vertical, horizontal, or 45-degree line

Layer/ Duplicate
Image/ Mirror

Layers/ Merge/ Merge Down

Layer/ Duplicate
Image/ Flip

Layers/ Merge/ Merge Down

Other Options
  Use a different color for the 15 pixel middle section

Apply the same texture as for the Matt
