This tutorial was done with PSP8
but could be done with other versions.

All of my tutorials are written following the steps I used to make my graphic.
It is my hope that you will take what I provide
and do your own thing with it.

YOU WILL NEED

Paint Shop Pro  -     Download a trial version
 Eye Candy 3.1
Basic knowledge of vectors and layers
Bow of your choice.
To make the one I used Click Here to go to the tutorial
My pompom - I used KPT5 - Fiber Optics, which is not free, and I do not know where I got the preset. Therefore I can't link to it so you can get it. Instead I made a pompon that you can download here.
Texturizer  plug-in - This one is not free either but I have provided a
      PSP Workaround using PSP

This is a simple vector tutorial

Some people like having the coordinates I used
So I will be including them in {brackets},
feel free to do your own thing.
example: {95x50 to 265x165}

Place cursor at 95x50
Click and hold the left mouse button while moving the mouse until it reaches 265x165
Release the mouse button to place the ellipse
